Suspected Fulani herdsmen have killed a 45-year-old farmer and hunter, Mr. Monday Nwadei at Ossissa community, Ndokwa East Local Government Area, Delta State.
The deceased, it was gathered, was riding on a motorcycle on his way from his plantain farm when he was allegedly shot dead by the herdsmen who resumed their menace in the area over the weekend.
Sources said Nwadei had unknowingly passed through a hideout where the herdsmen were holding hostage, an abducted lawyer and one other kidnap victim when he met with his untimely death.
