Officials at IDP camp allegedly use weed grass to cook for victims (Photos)

Activities of some officials at the Internally Displaced Persons’ camps

in Borno state have been exposed.




A Twitter user, @Dan-Borno, shared a photo, alleging that the the state deputy governor, Usman Mamman Durkwa, (as seen in the photo), caught the cooks at one of the IDPs camps, cooking soup for the victims, using weed leaves (grass).


The user tweeted, “Some people are worse than Boko Haram.

“Borno Deputy Governor during inspection to IPD camp caught officials using weed grass to cook soup.”
