President Buhari is absent from the Federal Executive Council meeting currently holding at the council chambers in Aso Rock Abuja. This would be the third week Presidnet Buhari has not attended the meeting.
Vice President Yemi Osinbajo who is presiding over the meeting, started off proceedings with the call for the recitation of the National anthem at exactly 11am.
